Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuoteRocket (the "Service"), operated by ClearDesk Studio, Ringholmvej 1, 2., 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark (CVR 44331543, VAT DK44331543) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuoteRocket is a web application that helps self-employed professionals and small businesses create, send, and track quotes and invoices. Features include AI-assisted line-item generation, branded PDFs, multi-currency support, and customer accept/decline via secure links.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

3. Subscription, Billing & Trial

• Plans are billed in USD and priced at $59/month unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from within the app; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• QuoteRocket supports multiple currencies for quotes and invoices you create; your subscription itself is charged in USD.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/moms) unless stated. Where required, taxes are added at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or fraudulent content, to violate any third party's rights, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate (business details, logo, customer records, quote/invoice content). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming its accuracy before sending quotes or invoices to customers.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features at any time; if a change materially reduces the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers resident in the EU also enjoy the protections of mandatory law in their country of residence.
